Does anyone else really need to fast for a few days? I've gained two pounds in the past few days, even though I've been restricting. I've decided that a two day fast is the only way to go. Only water, diet soda, and coffee allowed. Sugar-free gum is okay too. Diet pills a plus, if you have access to them. I'm going to do it Wednesday and Thursday. If you'd like to join me, that would be great! Just comment with your progress.
