This is a place for you to tell us what you ate today. (Or didn't eat). Include calories, carbs, whatever you're counting. (Use a site like www.fitday.com to track them).
Sending in a "report" every day will keep you accountable and motivated.
Rules:
* No more than one post a day. If you want to give us some extraneous comments in your food list, (such as exercise, pills, feelings about the day) that's okay.
* If you're on 2468, Sacred Heart, whatever, tell us your plan.
* You may post daily or weekly results.
* Don't ask how to purge. Don't tell people how to purge.
* If you're trolling, you're banned.
* Don't be rude to others about their weight (too low, too high). You'll be banned if you are.
* You may post pictures to show your progress, include them in your post for that day. If you are showing more than one picture, or if it is not work safe (meaning you wouldn't want someone's boss or a mom to see it) please use an lj-cut.
* If you are underage (that is, under eighteen), DO NOT post pictures of yourself in a swimsuit, in underwear, in a bra, or in less. You need to at least be wearing a tank top (or tube top, or something you could leave the house in), and shorts. These rules are for the community's protection.
* Please use correct spelling and grammar. No AOL-speak.
This is not an "elitist" ana community. If you are restricting, you are welcome. Everyone will mess up occasionally and eat more than they should. That's okay. Send in your report anyway. However, if every day you're like, "ZOMG guyz I had three burgers and 2 slices of pizza," that's not a constructive thing for the rest of us, and this isn't a constructive place for you. Find a DIETING community if you restrict within the calories you burn in your basal metabolic rate. You can find this here:
