See demean1.] Mien probably derives from Medieval French mine, facial expression, from Breton min, beak, muzzle, hence a person's face. This community stemmed from my love of seeking beauty in individual features. Features, that, when seperated from the rest of its owner can hold well on their own. My main loves include filtrums (the indentation above the mouth), hands and noses. However, seeing that beauty tends to overlap beauty, I would like to extend those specific interests to other aspects of natural beauty, especially beauty as found in the human anatomy. Perhaps an unnaturally pleasing pair of knees (we all know how rare that is), the slight mould of the spine on one's back, or even irresistably smooth elbows. Beauty which could be found in someone's gait, someone's poise, someone's elegance, someone's gaze even, if you had the opportunity to go that far. I am looking for artless characteristics, artless here meaning unaffected and free of artificiality, rather than it's more common connotation of showing lack of art or skill. What I'm looking for has pretty much been covered in the above. But a few things to keep in mind... no pornographic pictures and that includes vulgar shots of yourself half naked "in the name of art". But if done tastefully, perhaps with a helpful explanation included, is more than acceptable. If there is more than 1 picture kindly place them behind an lj-cut.
