Welcome and thank you for checking out Amatsu Kashi/Heavenly Lyrics. We are a freeform AU community, meaning our characters/muse/muns are flexible with their ideas and the story lines they're involved in. We're focused on modern-day settings with a twist; incest, vampires, etc as you will see when you scroll down to the information section. There are a few "Rules" that we ask you comply to but most of all we are a writing community that is set to be "Drama" free and to have a fun writing experience with other author/ess. The mods are pretty open and free to accepting any/all story line ideas.

In the fact that we are dealing with minors in sexual situations, please be aware that the Japanese laws differ:

1. Has no sodomy laws, the age of sexual consent for males ranges by local from age 13 to 17.

The Article 177 of the Penal Code puts the age of consent for sexual activity at thirteen (13) years.

THE RULES:

01. Due to adult content, all active role players MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD. Our journals contains sexual content, violence, drug use, and other elements that are not child friendly. We ask that ALL posts be friends cut so underage persons may not read. We're not going to exploit children by letting them join.
02. Respect one another. Be kind. Remember that arguments through characters are just that: IN Character! Don't take role play related things personally.
03. If you have a long post or large picture entries PLEASE use the live journal cut.
04. There WILL be Slash material. Slash meaning male with male, female with female. You are hereby warned.
05. You MUST add all characters/muse to your muse/character's friend list.
06. There can be immortal characters i.e. vampires. [since a few of them claim to be vampires]
07. NO NEW JOURNALS ARE TO BE ADDED UNLESS CLEARED WITH THE MODS.
08. Once a muse is dropped from the community that said muse will not be brought back and/or written by the same author/authoress.

A LITTLE COMMUNITY INFO:

*We allow "teen sexuality" because it's Japan and they do that and we have of course gay, lesbian, incest, drugs, alcohol, some vampire S/L issues. So please be WARNED about this fact before joining.

*The muse do posts called "Texts" that are viewable only to the person they text to and themselves because we are such a modern world and all.

*The muse/characters have what is called "Private Entries" they are posted as a regular entry but read by the ONLY the writers as a S/L guide more or less but other muse/characters can't read them, this is as if they was making a "private" post but it's readable to the writers and that helps a lot to keep things sorted out.

*Journals are updated as 1st person but any personal RP'ing between writers can be done in 1st or 3rd. Whatever the author/ess is comfortable. We do all or most RP's through Yahoo messenger as it's what all the writers have but you can also do them on AIM or Hotmail/MSN, again whatever the writer is better suited with.

*All posts/updates must be "friends only" locked. No exceptions.

*The mods ask that you friend the Community to ALL your journals as well as your private one for community info and add-ons.
