Happy Valentine's Day

"What?" I hear you say. "The girl's crazy, she's living in a different timeline, or something...". Well, I am... me and all the other brazilians. You see, our Valentine's Day isn't in February, but in June. I think it's because we already have Carnaval in february, and believe when I say most people DON'T want a significant other during Carnaval... ¬¬ But that's enough about that! The important thing is: I brought you some art to celebrate the brazilian Valentine's...

Notes: The background was a b*tch to draw. I'm not happy with Bella's face, but I do like Edward's. Now it's up to you to tell me if you like it at all ^^ Oh! And this picture was inspired my the song Bubbly by Colbie Caillat.

These are my attempts at tradicional colouring. Using tradicional media is so difficult for me... oh the wonders of layers! I hope these aren't too bad, though.

Notes: I drew this sometime last year after reading Eclipse. Is that Bella on her wedding dress?

Notes: I really liked the lineart of this drawing because the characters look exactly how I picture them in my head. There not much I can do with portrait's colouring, so...

Notes: Should've drawn her head a bit higher... I have other copies of this drawing, maybe I'll try a different coloring style or something. This looks... normal. Nothing special. What d'ya think?

Notes: I'm so excited about this picture, even though they're just sketches, drawing a MALE character sketch is a first for me... and not only that, I managed to draw Ian very VERY close to how he looks in my head. I don't know how many of you have read The Host, but if you haven't, I hope you give the book a chance. It actually gets better after a re-read (happened to me).

I tried to draw the characters as I picture them, I got close but they're not exactly right.... well, someday I hope to portray them as I imagine them... I have to keep drawing and trying, right?

Things I'm happy about:
- Alice. She's the one who came out almost exactly as I picture her.
- Their hairs. I love to draw hair and I can't find a style I like... I always draw hair in different ways. These don't look like REAL hairs, but I like them all the same. The only one I'm not entirely happy with is Emmett's.
- Jasper and Emmett's expressions. Their expressions reflect how I see their personality... Emmett's got a confident and making-fun-of-you smile while Jasper is a calm and you-don't-know-what-I'm-thinking smile :P

Things I'm not happy about:
- Emmett's height. I imagine him as the taller of them all, but he's not THAT tall. How tall do you imagine the characters to be? (maybe I should go to the Twilight Lexicon and check on everyone's height...)
- Bella's pointy chin. Too pointy.
- Rosalie's expression. I couldn't draw it as I wanted.
- Their eyes... Next time I should draw in a way that you can see their colour.

Hello everyone, how are you?

As promised, here's the first of the Twilight FanArts... others to come soon (... as soon as I finish inking and colouring them, that is... :P)

I'm slowly getting back to drawing more fanarts, so I hope I'll improve my colouring and drawing skills (specially colouring!). I know I have a lot to improve... I think I'm going to try different things and post them here, hopefully you'll tell me if I'm going the right way or not.

I'm not very talkative today, so I'll just let you see the drawing... let me know how you like it ;) Or if I should stop drawing altogether...

I thought I'd be a nice girl and let you know I have lots of drawings in progress right now. 5 Twilight series fanarts and 2 HP fanart :) As you can see, Eclipse ate my brain and, apparently, seduced my muse.

I'm planning a second read of both Eclipse and Deathly Hallows, so I hope to post some illustrations of said books.

I missed drawing so I forced myself to sit and draw something, and it came out like this. I didn't intend to draw anything specifically, but I guess the muse wanted H/Hr. And the muse wanted H/Hr while listening to You're still the one by Shania Twain. Hee ^^

What Harry didn't see... - H/Hr - G

My first H/Hr fanart in a while...

This was inspired by a Little Mermaid's (Disney) song, Kiss the Girl. This is the scene in which Harry finally realizes what's been in front of him all the time and the his feelings... a popular scene in H/Hr fics, heh. Hopefully, we'll have some variation of this scene in the book, though I hope not too cheesy. To tell you the truth... I trust more in fandom writers than in JKR to write romance, seriously.

Here's the B&W version... I suck at colouring and that's not a secret, so obviously I prefer this.

And the coloured version. I'm almost embarassed to put this pic here, 'cause I didn't draw or colour the background as well as I could have... there's my lazyness for you to see.

I hope you'll like it anyway. I have to start re-reading the HP books before the last book comes out, so you can expect more fanart (if the muse and the school permit). :)

Hi everyone. I'm sorry for the long hiatus... long story; but now I'm back, and with art! But first, I want to thank everyone who kept me on their friends list even though this community had been abandoned for such a long time.

Are there any Twilight/New Moon fans in this community? I read the books and loved them (Deathly Hallows what? Gimme Eclipse! :P heh... at least my ship isn't doomed or delusional according to other fans and its own author).

...and because even though I'm disappointed in the series and its author, I can't help but still love the first 5 books and its characters:

Does anyone have any idea why Photobucket decided to delete only my D/Hr smut pics?? *is puzzled* Why not the H/Hr and R/G too? Weirdo.

I have at least 4 pics ready to post, which I'll do later, but in this post I want to do something else.

It's a game called Give Amandioka An Art Bunny. To play is very easy:

I was so unsure about how to colour this pic. The lack of background makes it more important to concentrate on the colouring, I think, to make the pic more interesting. Still, I couldn't think of what colours to use, so I decided to make this look like an old photograph. :P I hope you like it.

If anyone wants to have a go at colouring any of my pics, let me know and I'll post the lineart. ^_^

I think I may be spoiling you guys... :P But I'm so happy that people are friending this comm, that I want to post every few days. I hope Teh Muse doesn't go on vacation so soon.

I've been working on a Harry/Hermione/Ron drawing. No, it's not smut! :P Heh. I think Teh Muse wants something tame after making me draw that last H/Hr/D pic. She's been on a family mood. When you see the trio's drawing, you'll understand. Since I'm kind of busy with my visiting family, it may take a while until it's finished. Not to mention that the colouring is killing me dead! Colouring is so difficult, I tell you. But I don't think I'm doing so bad considering I started taking time to colour my drawings in 2004. (If we compare to how long I've been drawing, which has been for as long as I can remember.)

But enough talking for now...

I'm still thinking about the D/Hr comic. Having a few ideas. I actually had a wonderful bunny, and if could just manage to write it, I think you guys will like it (hopefully, anyway). That's not to say I have it completely written in my head, far from it actually. It's more like, a few random scenes, places, relationships... things like that. So now is the time you say what you'd like included in the comic. :) If you'd like to see anything in it, tell me, and I'll see if it fits the story.

Notes about the fic: I read this ficlet and couldn't resist the beautiful imagery <333 I love Inell's take on Draco and Hermione subtle relationship... you can see it going on between the lines. ;) Loved it. If you haven't read it yet, you totally should!
Notes about the drawing: The sky almost killed me! I think that considering it was my first time drawing a sky like that, it looks okay :) The cliffs were fun to draw. And it was good practice too, I do need to practice drawing more backgrounds, and colours too, of course.
