Stick the following comment into it:58e598f11ac8110961ed0c7d4a8e6b42 That's all you have to do. Obviously if you're not signed in to LJ right now, you might also have to put in some sort of username and password combination. And make sure that you log in while you do that - otherwise it won't work correctly.
Whichever username you post this comment under, that's the username you'll be logged in as, so probably a bit pointless to go with a seldom-used sockpuppet here.
Once you've done that, you'll receive a link back to the website, where you'll then be logged in.
