Best show ever. Honestly. It was the best show I've ever seen.

Two more days! Is that not crazy? Sorry about my emo post yesterday. I was in a bitchy mood, and I obviously was overreacting because my foot doesn't hurt at all anymore. I think it was just one of those days where your hormones go out of control. So, I decided to bring my laptop with me to Charlotte where my concert is at. It's four hours away from my house and I don't think I can spend three days away from livejournal or my online friends. Obsessed I know. CUF and you guys have taken over my lives. Literally.

So on Monday I plan on driving down there and staying at the hotel most of the night making my Chevy poster with my friend Sara. Do any of you guys have any ideas to help me out with my poster? I am beyonndd creative. This is why I hate school projects. I decided that I'm not going to win the Team Jonas meet and greets. If I was I would of won by now. Tuesday is the concert. Wednesday I'm coming home.

The 3D movie was pointless cause the glasses didn't work. Therefore I switched to Comcast OnDemand and watched it non 3D. So much better! Tomorrow is the Disney Channel Games. I can't wait to see competitive Nick. God, he's amazing. Go Red Team. I love you guys and I'll post tomorrow about the games and such. Night!

26.07.08 possibly the best night of my life so far!
not just because of daughtry, mind you.
i don't want to get too personal.
only the four of us (me, yA, bryan, fook) know what happened.

bryan came by around 630.
left the house around 635.
reached central park at approximately 7.
walked to the back of the freakin' line.
yA and fook arrived about ten minutes later.

lined up. talked. stood in the rain.
for like an hour.
yes. an hour.
the line moved every like five minutes or something.
fook sang really random songs.
which included damaged, pieces of me and american boy.
rofl. kept us entertained.
well sort of.

anyway, we finally got to the start of the line.
cameras - not allowed.
liang (my vocal instructor) wanted me to snap pics of the whole thing.
he was going to be performing, more on that later.
so yeah, we hid my camera in bryan's hoodie.
they scanned our pockets and stuff and luckily the detector couldn't detect the hidden camera.
whoooo.

got those paper wrist thingies on our wrists. got in.
fook was craving starbucks.
so naturally he bought one.
walked further in.
stood to the far right of the stage. we had a good view, though.

first up was this asian percussion band thingy.
was pretty weird but entertaining i suppose? lol.

but like i said im not going to get too personal.
if you're one to know you will hear it from me on monday. hehe.

next was liang. (:
he was pretty awesome.
sang his song 'giggles (over and over)' which me and mercury named for him.
tear tear. so proud. nah jk (;
he sang like four or five songs.
and then our malaysian idol daniel lee came out and sang.
like three songs.
no one really welcomed him cause we were all impatient for daughtry.
hehe.
after that were three dj people.
mashed up and wickied (natalie's word! as in natalie from hitz.fm) a number of popular songs.
which included:
low, please don't stop the music, beautiful girl, gimme more, me love, take you there, sexyback, love in this club and so forth.
pretty awesome shiz <3

waited for like twenty minutes or something while they set everything up for daughtry.
was pretty boring at that point, and our backs were aching like hell.
we went squeezed our way to the back and got drinks and sat on the road haha.
just then daughtry came out.
so we missed that.
sat for around five minutes then went back in again.
we stood at the back.
no point squeezing back in.

everyone was shouting to each and everyone of the songs.
the spirit was amazing (:
we left around 1150.
yA and fook left together first.
me and bryan sat on the road and waited for my mom to arrive.
dropped bryan off. headed home.
lay in bed replaying everything that happened.
being the only girl, last night was awesome.
the spirit, the performances. the guys, the personal stuff.
simply amazing <3

Im back!!
Holiday was boring, obv.
Luckily I turn 16 in 4 days, so this will be (hopefuly) the last time I have to go on holiday with family...
Anywhoos... We went to see Mama Mia, which was cool. Love Amanda, she's such a good singer too :]
Also say Angus, Thongs And Perfect Snogging, was alright I guess... I didnt like it tho, it made me want to cry. I know its supposed to be a 'feel good' film and whatever, but I hate 'feel good' films coz I know nothing that good ever happens in real life... Mama Mia was like that too...
Whatever. Erm...
I think that's all I have to say.
Bought Vogue and need help IDing the models (I suck at that), so will post pics later and hopefully someone can help me out :|
Looked for Sept Company issue for Alex off BNTM, but it's not out yet so...

I have fallen in love with Lilly/Oliver from HM all over again!!  And yay I found a really amazing site & fourm for it. Oh, and I saw R.L. Stein's The Haunting Hour:Don't Think About it. And Emily did a GREAT job with it! She played this scary/emo/depressed girl and totally pulled it off! I would have never guessed she was Lilly, if I hadn't known. And surprizingly Cody Linely did a nice job. Soooo much better than his Jake Ryan person on Hannah Montana, and he of course looked adorably cute.

And I'm sorry for being an awful LJ friend. =( I'm serious, I haven't posted heardly anything (Posts or comments) since I've gotten back and I feel bad for not talking to you all. <333

i have a job!
working in burlington coat factory (booooooo) the shoe department. and i hate it with a passion but i try my best at it and they are even thinking of making me manager.

i moved!
im out of that stinking hole. no more funky oily smell from the restaurant downstairs in my clothes!
i am living in a huge apartment. beautiful. well compare dto what we had before. i fucking love it.

im saving money to be able to get a place with my boyfriend ariel!
yeah not going so welll with the saving but lil' by lil'

TIMTAMS & TIFFJAM
-Timtams are amazing... by far my favorite chocolate food. I don't even like chocolate. But dayamn, I'm in love.
-For a good 7 days, I would randomly call out Tiffjam's name just to see if she would be able to hear me. I would even call out her name when there weren't any American flags around. It was friday the 18th, and I remembered thinking... "We ran into Jfish at least twice... why the heck can't I find my twin!?!" Then walking out of St. James station... and heading into Hyde Park, I hear a voice yell out, "twin!" I look up, see tiffjam, run up to her, hug her, and take the picture. I love how God works mysteriously. Coincidence... I think not. Divine intervention... I hope so. :) Running into each other in foreign countries is how we do.

Btw what do you guys want to see from me?
More brushes and textures? More small graphics? Large graphics?
Request posts? Nude pictures?

Well, well, well. This isn't what I expected! The show a few days before the Sloan show I'm attending they still haven't played 'If It Feels Good Do It'! Ironically I need them to play that song. I mean, they do seem to change there set list with every show they play, but I am really hoping that they play IIFGDI on Saturday. In fact they must.

Anywaaaays...

I came across Alan Cross' Blog the other day. I don't know if everyone knows who Alan Cross is, but to me, that man in a genious. If you do know him, you probably know him from his work on 'The Ongoing History of Rock Music' or those kinds of things. He's also well known for helping out with BeatGoesOn alot too, and answering peoples questions about CD's that they want to find that are hard to get, or bands that they've only heard of once, or prices for a very rare CD.

So I was reading his blogs and came across two that got me very interested. What Happened to Good Music? pt.1 & pt.2. I find that he is totally right, it's not the music thats bad, its the people listening to it. Every generation likes the music from their prime years the most, and has a hard time deviating from that, for the most part.

He's right that between the ages of 15 - 25 is when we hear most of the new music in our lives. It's also what we connect with at the time, and then as we get older, music (new music of the time) slips into the background and we concentrate on what we used to listen to when we were younger.

sat around and talked while parents started to come in and talk to our form teacher.
crystal left early. around 4 ish.
amanda's parents came around 5 ish.
she introduced me to them. nice people (;
my mom came around 530. talked to amanda's rents.
they exchanged numbers.

mom talked to bryan's mom about daughtry.
exchanged numbers, decided that i would pick bryan up for daughtry on saturday.

if you haven't noticed already, i'm the only girl.
oh well. i don't mind rofl.
