Explanations:
Your LJ Username: Self-explanatory. Use the name you joined the community under.
Fandom: The title of the show, book, etc.
Medium: Anime/manga, television, book, video game, etc.
Genre: This is where people tend to get confused. We don't mean genre of the fandom; we mean genre of the pairing. Is it a general claim for the series or a character, or is it a relationship claim?
Sub-genre: General for the entire show, character, het, slash, or a group (if you're claiming three or more characters).
Pairing: (if applicable)
Character: (if applicable)
