It's the late 70s. Leg warmers are cool, Pink Floyd's The Wall has just been released, shag carpets and bellbottoms are free to roam, Bowie sparkles, and plaid rules the world. But the wizarding world is changing. War is everywhere, more people are dying, political and personal lives alike are becoming thickly ingrained with fear, and, on top of all that, none of these kids will get a damn haircut.
