The weather looks great today☆



Yesterday at the studio I saw a five hundred yen bill☆


I had almost forgotten their existence...



Did you all know about them (laugh)?

NOTE: There used to be 500 yen notes, but they are no longer being produced and have been replaced by 500 yen coins.

They want to do that in Canada too!!!

I guess it is better to have coins. Luckily there is a lot of electronic currency or we would have to carry a pouch like pirates.

They already took our 2 dollar notes! ;o; I feel richer when I have notes though.

I spend them too easily. I don't spend coins much, I just toss them in a jar.

I have a jar with quarters, loonies, and toonies that I just didn't spend for the last few months. There is like $60 in this jar.

Amazing.

That will be my tuition money?

Imagine if someone had to carry that around in order to have $60. The loot bag would be so heavy.

...But the mostly-coin thing works in Japan, and they don't do much for electronic currency.
