what are those bits of song?

First- hi! Nice to meet y'all!
Jenk was kind enough to prompt me to post this here for the smarties out there. :)

Sooo.. I had a question I'd like to ask.
You know those couple little nuggets of song that come up in the live bits here and there?

 Particularly:

you talk too much
 you talk too much
 you never shut up
 you talk too much
 blah blah blah...

(on "Album of Secrets" I think)

and something like--

kitten's got a dance that she just cant stop
and the family's callin' it the punkanut[?] flop
cause she scoots with her bottom and she [?] with her top
everybody's laughing at the [?] flop...

 floppin' on the bed
 floppin' on the floor
 landin' on her head
 won't do that no more

whirlin' and she's twirlin' and she just can't stop
'cause the puppy's got a dance called the punkanut[?] flop.

 ...on the Everafter bloopers section.

SO.. here's the question. Are those just Alexanderisms that never got put into instrumentalized song form?
Or are they from somewhere else?

 Thanks!
