Hey, guys! Yet another mod post. Whee.

Just updating to remind you all that the game starts in t-minus 24 HOURS (at least, in my time zone). Once the 26th hits for you, feel free to make your introductory posts in albergochiaro!

As for me, I'll try my hardest to be around; I'll actually be on a road trip for Thanksgiving, but most likely will have internet, so it shouldn't be a problem~

ANYWAY, I do believe that it's time to introduce ourselves again. Even if you're returning, it doesn't hurt to get back in contact with everyone right now!

To start off, HI I'M RIA♥ And I play Ema Skye/empirique from Ace Attorney, and Naoto Fuyumine/exsecare from Dogs. Ema will have extensive knowledge about the island and the Chiaro, so if your character needs help, she's the one to ask. As for Naoto, well. She's a bit antisocial, but a good person -- just don't make her mad. ;) I'm looking forward to playing with all of you~!

STARTING NOVEMBER 3, 2008 WE ARE REVAMPING AND REVIVING albergochiaro!

If any former players see this before or on November 21 25 and would like to stay in the game (and not have to reapply), please comment here with the names of any and all character journals you would like to keep, the fandom they are in, and the instrument they play.
After November 21 25, we will remove everyone, and you will have to reapply with the new application format.

In the coming weeks, the mods will be:
• cleaning out the mod journal of taken posts
• removing tags from albergochiaro and albergo_ooc
• removing all unresponsive character journals
• deleting old community posts

There will also be a few changes to the RP, including:
• a new application format
• a new community for news and updates
• minor changes to the posting process
• minor changes to the "rules" and "more info"
• other changes that are soon to come

Please, PLEASE feel free to make any suggestions for improvements in the SUGGESTIONS BOX we've put up.

Um...I really had a lot of fun playing with you guys, seriously. I'm definitely going to miss this game and having so many girls for Tamaki to mack on 18th century style. Anyway, I hope to see you guys around the internets!

Actually, okay, it's super tacky to do this in a drop post I know, but since it's been slow here for a while I feel less bad. A friend of mine is starting up a game set in Edo Japan, and Tamaki and Nia will be there pretty soon I think. If you're looking for another historical AU that should be pretty good, check out afloatingworld? Yeah, again, really sorry to pimp a friend's game in a drop post, but it would be cool to play with some of you guys again so I don't feel that bad?

Sorry for the inactivity recently, guys. Real life is pretty hectic; Couru-mod is on complete hiatus, and I'm still on semi-hiatus right now. :/ Once I get settled, I'll be around much more often.

That being said, I've put up a suggestions box in the mod journal. If there's something you'd like fixed, a game-wide plot or event idea you have, or if you have a complaint about something in the game, please comment there and I'll try to help as much as I can. Why post that I'm taking the weekend off? Well, basically because I knew this was coming up too. I'll be leaving tonight on a family backpacking trip, so yes. Wilderness, no internet, that sort of thing. I'll be back on Monday, though, when Tamaki will have some plans and I'll be bringing in a new character.

To entertain you while I'm away (I-I know that it will be hard to manage) have a character question! Since this is an AU, especially one set so far in the past, our AU backgrounds are necessarily different from our canon backgrounds. If you made changes from your canon background, why did you choose those changes? What do they change about your character?
