This layout was originally intended solely for my use both here and at my personal journal and was made by me with a LOT of tutorials and help from component_help. You must have a paid or permanent account to use it because it requires use of the Component style and a theme layer. Because it was originally made solely for my use, you will need to edit a few things to customize it according to your journal (see below). I basically just used the layout for my personal journal and removed some things, toning it down a lot, so it's not quite as bloated and therefore easier for you to handle/customize.

Style: Component
Account: Paid or Permanent
Header: Optional and easy to add. Add one of these, make your own, or don't bother.
Direct Linking: Yes, you can direct link to the mini icons and headers and such if you want!
Browers: All, but Firefox is best if you want to see the custom highlight color.
Best Resolution: 800x600+
