Antiquia, Guatemela Don Alvarado conquered Guatemala and established what is now Antiquia as the capitol. At the time Guatemala was all of Central America except for belize and Panama. Cortes had sent him. Don Alavardo was not a nice man but a good soldier. ( More Photos and a story behind behind the cut ) |

Maybe you guys know but... But I figured this was the best place to ask. I have a Sony Cyber-Shot DSC S600. I have one memory stick (I think 1gb?). I am going to Russia this summer for a month and I am planning on taking a lot of photos. My question is this: do I need to use the CD that came with the camera or can I just put the photos directly onto the computer? I don't have a laptop but the school I am going has a computer lab. I just don't want to have to install stuff on a computer in lab. Do I even need the CD? I just don't want to have to buy a whole 'nother memory stick.
Thanks in advance! |

salisbury; england ...but i was hardly driven to tears the way some 19 yr old nuveau hippie type was, sitting on the ground at stonehenge strumming out some beatles tune on his 3 string guitar. (by the way, this scene actually repeated itself when i stood in front of the main temple at chichen itza). in the end, it's just me (or you) seeking to understand ourselves and how to best live each minute without completely melting down (this is a real trick...and admirable for those of us who actually make it for years on end). |

reykjavic; iceland ...i can act like a human when it really counts. and when we're alone, which i'm hoping is often, i'll be that frisky, sex charged animal we all wish to be as the sun sets or the moon rises and the universe of our 4th dimension gathers in. |

chicago at this time of year the poets don't have much to say. the musicians have pushed on, and the artists have been replaced by prostitutes to the white collar, looking for a beatiful excuse to throw it all away. |

somewhere in a remote area of illinois somehow i feel as we all surely feel. that life will continue as is, until the last curtain is drawn...which we somehow envision will come without warning and/or without any drawn out discomfort or pain. |

The Birds Found it First After a 9 hour flight from Oahu to Atlanta, the plane to SGF took off and after 30 minues in the air turned back because of tech problems. by the time we got back to ATL and landed we would have been in SGF. So now I have 8 hours to kill until the next flight. Weeeeeeee!!!! =) I decided to post a few pics. I dont know if the captions are all screwed up or not. I am a bit tired I have grammar issues even when I am at full steam. This month we have been shooting a video for the Oahu Visitors Bureau. It has been full of Helicopter flights, picnics, and even the occasional wedding. See 22 images from Oahu Hawaii HERE >>> Current Music: Jason Dowty - hukilau mix |

Garbage Strike in Spain - if you are going to visit this coutnry within several days If you don't know yet, Spain is in garbage (garbage collectors are on strike since Sunday). Smell and stuff ... However, you can find something interesting in the garbage. A blouse. Or a car. Depends on the amount of the garbage! (click on the photos to see them large)
