With the announcement from Libba saying there is currently no movie version planned for this wonderful series, I turn to you - the members of this community...

What do we do with this community?

a) Leave it open for general AGATB discussion, interaction, promotion?
b) Close it down
c) Close it down until a movie is back in the works?
d) Use this community to petition for a movie?

I personally would hate to see the community fall to pieces with this news :( But, after all, it's the members that make a community so I'd like to hear what you all think. Where do we go from here?

Libba has just updated her personal livejournal. She wrote about the movie version of a AGATB and unfortunately: There won't be a movie any time soon! :((

Alas, there are no news about the movie right now. When I met Libba Bray some months ago she said that she would post news has soon as she has them. So i think we just have to be patient :) Hopefully we'll soon get some infos!

There is a good--no, GREAT actress I found while watching BBC.  I think she'd be perfect for Pip. 
Unfortunately, I can find no pictures of her.  So... if you know good places to go picture hunting, the actress's name is Holly/Holliday Grainger.

I've been a huge fan of the series, and I adore Libba Bray!  I can't wait until they make the movie!  So far, I've found these people to be, what I believe, perfect for the characters.  I've picked them out also out of purely sentimental reasons, but tell me what you think!  Love 'em, hate 'em, don't really care... leave a comment, please!

Hi guys! I'm pretty new to the series and I fell in love with it immediately. So here are my dream cast for Gemma, Pippa, Felicity, Ms. Moore, Virginia Doyle, Ann, and Kartik. I'm not really holding out any hope for any of these (some are too old, too young, or just not happening LOL) but it's all for fun :D

i just decided to reread agatb and well, i forgot how much i loved it. then i stumbled onto this community and i was inspired to do something fanarty. i saw these pictures and i couldn't help but do a gemma/kartik manip. i also made a few icons to go along with it. i rarely do manips because they're not my forte, but i kinda like the way it turned out. :D

Okay, soo I haven't seen many people posting ideas for Amar. I still haven't found anyone I like for Kartik but I thought Naveen Andrews would make a good Amar. What do you guys think?
