| About: | For fanfiction and discussion of what happened AFTER all was said and done in J.R.R. Tolkien's Lord Of The Rings trilogy. Perhaps we should have started after the books, but as it gets a little blurry with all the indexes and afterwords (and because Peter Jackson didn't see fit to bother with some fairly major after-the-fact chapters in the book!), we've decided that anything after Aragorn's coronation -- be it in the book or in the sparsely documented years to follow -- is fair game. So. Whether you like to spin tales of the Gondor/Harad wars, or the Fellowship's children, or the further adventures of elf and dwarf, or even if you play "what if?" with later centuries from our own history, bring it here. As for rules, just A) be polite, B) stay on-topic, and C) place all stories behind LJ-Cuts with full disclaimers outside the cut. Any rating goes. Recs, discussion, and questions are encouraged.
