Nationals are over, and now the third years are moving onto their first year of high school. It is a time of adjustment and change for everyone as they prepare for the next step in their lives.
Original characters are also playable, mostly for first and second years in the middle schools where the teams were mostly made up of third years. The application process for these will be a bit different (see below). If necessary, NPC original characters can also fill similar purposes, though a profile will still be needed. |
| SETTING |
| Third years not in elevator schools are required to take entrance exams (for game purposes limited to the schools present in canon). For example, Tachibana could end up at Seigaku. It is also possible for a character to change schools if a valid reason is provided. Please keep both school and personality traits in mind when choosing where your character will attend high school. First and second (now second and third) year characters are expected to remain at the schools they are at in canon. Higa and Shitenhouji are also both open for consideration, though for now with the assumption that they are elevator schools. |
| CHARACTERS |
For now, this RP is limited to friends and friends of friends. To be considered, all that's needed is a link to a sample log and/or a sample journal entry. Once we have a decent number of players, general applications will be put open for consideration. They will then be voted upon by the players already in the game.
The current limit on characters is 2 canon, 1 original per person. When claiming canon characters, please don't pick two from the same school.

| RULES |
1. Please be respectful of your fellow players. Drama can happen in-game, but keep it in-game. If you have a problem with someone, feel free to bring it to the attention of a mod so that we may all reach a reasonable conclusion.
2. No God-modding. Don't use another player's character without express permission, don't make your character omniscient.
3. This is a RP, not an excuse for characters to just sleep around with each other. NC-17 material is allowed with the proper warnings, but please stay in character about it. Otherwise, expect surprise!Herpes and group bonding over STDs.
4. Be active! Either through logging, journal entries, or commenting. None of these in particular are mandatory, so long as you're doing something. Post logs to the main comm in the following format:
Subject line: [RP Log] 'characters involved'
Body:
Date/Timeline:
Rating:
Summary:
Then LJ-CUT and the body of the log.
5. Please give notice before hiatuses, or any other extended absence from the game. If you do not, you run the risk of being considered inactive and losing your character.
6. Events aren't expected to be carried out completely in real time. Notices will be posted for when the school year starts, tennis matches, and the like with the rest to be filled in as seems reasonable.
7. off_court is the OOC comm for this community. This is the place for socializing, hiatus notices, or cracking around with things that don't seem to fit so much in-game. Have fun!
