[adult swim] is Cartoon Network's night time programming oriented towards adult viewers. It airs from Saturday to Thursday evenings currently at 11pm (10 central). This is the community for adult swim fans, created in the wake of the disappearance of the old adult_swim group. Rest assured, that this community won't go away.

  • Feel free to introduce yourself to the group but make your initial post interesting. Short or bland intro posts may be subject to deletion.
  • Membership is moderated due to severe issues with spam. The only requirement for admission into [asf] is that your journal be greater than 30 days old. Journals less than 30 days old will be denied membership without exception and may be subject to a ban.
  • Please use the < lj-cut > tag for any major spoiler posts, including previews of unaired episodes.
  • Stay relatively on topic -- community promotion is permitted if the group is related to [adult swim].
  • Spam is forbidden. Quizzes are forbidden. Memes are forbidden. Extreme stupidity is forbidden.
  • Discussion of illegal distribution of [adult swim] material is forbidden. Verboten topics include [as] .avi's, .mp3's, and complete scripts.
  • This is not a begging community. Requests for icons, screenshots/caps, vidclips, or soundbites will be deleted. However, you may share your creations with the group, as long as said creation is apropos. The official icon community for [asf] is userinfo adultswimicons.
  • No 'anime is teh s uck' arguments. If you really don't like a show, you can state as such as long as you back it up with the reasons why you don't like it. Reasoned arguments are allowed, 'blah blah blah is teh s uck' are not.
  • Try not to complain too much about scheduling changes. The maintainer or members of the group will try to post such changes ahead of time.
