AboutThis is a community for parents who have adopted children or who want to adopt to seek advice on what it's like. This is NOT a community for adopted children to find their parents or to find children for adoption, meaning no trolling for pregnant women who want to give up their children. Asking about reputable agencies and contacts is welcome and encouraged. If you need additional assistance, feel free to e-mail me and I will do my best to help you find the right community.
If you are considering putting your child up for adoption, please join us to get a look at what adopted parents are like, but please do not advertise your child here. I don't like to lay out a lot of rules, but I have a few.
1) If you join this community, you best be tolerant of other's choices, no matter what choice that is.
2) If you flame, I will delete it. I'd be more than happy to provide you with a list of communities specifically for posting flames as an outlet for your frustration. Just don't do it here.
3) Trolls will be banned. End of story.
4) No profanity. I'm usually at work when online, so I can not have vulgar language putting my job in danger.
