adhd_add@hotmail.com AboutI am the user the_inner_truth. I am a mother of a seven year old child with ADHD. It has greatly changed my life, not only being a mother, but the mother of a child affected by this disorder. We have gone through a lot. I have made a lot of mistakes and a lot of progress.
On top of being these things, I was also a teenage mother, never really being able to grow up myself. It has been quite an experience raising my son along with myself, but we are doing it - together.
This community is to formulate a support group for those who are personally affected by ADD/ADHD or parenting, living with or teaching a person with ADD/ADHD.
Feel free to talk about any ways in which you have found to cope with ADD/ADHD. Or, you can talk about ways in which you have not been able to cope with it.
Any advice - diets, medication, meditation, self-control issues, religion... whatever can help.
