Publicis West
Hi.
I've got a ob interview coming up at Publicis West. Right now, I work at Grey.
I've heard some fishing things about this agency. Can anyone confirm or deny whether or not this agency is a good place to work - i.e. bosses, co-workers, pay, blah, blah, blah...

Eh, I'd rather go to a place that had better work than better pay. That way you don't get stuck.

As far as Publicis West, I know a guy who's worked there for a year. Hated it then, hates it now. Which Grey do you work at, dougrandall?

Seconded. No amount of money can convince me that it's worth the desire to GOUGE MY EYEBALLS OUT EVERY DAY because of my terrible work environment. You spend too much of your life there for that, esp. in this particular field.

I worked for Publicis WEST for 7 years. Leaving the agency in 2006. I can tell you, the enviornment is extremely hostile. There is no team play. Hanging your fellow employees out to dry is expected and normal. I would pursue other options.
