Actor Icon Contest

I really don't think this is going anywhere. Not sure what else to do. I've tried pimping this comm on my personal lj and other places, but there hasn't been any activity on it since I've come into contact with this group except the one first week's challenge. I blame myself mostly because I haven't really been in the state of mind I guess to run this and I apologize for not keeping up with it like I should, but seeing that I put two challenges up and only had one person submit anything to only one I've decided that I'm going to go ahead and leave the comm up for the owner to do with it what they wish. Again I apologize for not giving it my full attention and if it wasn't for RL stuff getting in the way I would have. :0(

Sorry for not posting another challenge sooner, have been having computer issues and RL was kind of getting in the way.....Damn it. :0P

Hello everyone I'm a new moderator to the comm. I was just surfing around the other day and came across this comm and found out that it was up for grabs so I'm hoping that I can get things going again. I'd like to welcome any and all new members that have joined the past few days. Please read the rules before submitting your icons.
Challenges begin today Friday Jan 4th. Entries due by Midnight CST Jan 16th and voting poll with new challenge up on Friday Jan 18th. Submissions will be screened.

If you haven't noticed, this icon contest has been dead for several months now. Sadly i no longer have the motivation to do all that is needed, I no longer have the photoshop to make the awards, and most importantly i no longer have any time to run this community. If there are any of you guys that would like to take it over for me, just let me know, and you can run the contest however you like.

When I get my photoshop back, I will try and make all the past due awards (about time right?)

The Community will be going on a temporary HIATUS while i am away at this Summer College Program, and will resume sometime late August. When the community reopens the 1st place banner will be incorporated into a new layout, and the next challenge will be issued. After a few months, the 2nd place banner will be switched in, and so on. See you all in 5-6 weeks!
