Do you love animals? Would you like to DO something for animals but are unsure what? Would you like links and tips for writing protest letters? Do you like signing petitions or reading about animal-related issues? Are you tired of feeling helpless? If you've answered "yes" to any of these questions then you belong here!
This is a community created for animal lovers just like you, who want to make a difference in the world for our fellow creatures. Here you can post articles, links, petitions etc. relating to current animal issues, AS WELL as share personal stories of your love for animals and how you help them.
IMPORTANT: THIS IS NOT AN AGGRESSIVE ANIMAL RIGHTS GROUP! We are NOT here to strictly post graphic images or to encourage people to lead a different lifestyle. The purpose of this community is simply to be more informed of ways to help animals and to share personal stories about our love for them.

* Please respect the fact that some people are very sensitive, so please post any graphic images behind a cut with a warning
* There is to be no slandering or disrespectful comments directed towards fellow members, anyone doing so will immediately be removed from the community
TIPS
* It's a very good idea to 'tag' your entries so that members are not repeating the same links/articles etc. regarding a certain animal issue
* While it's encouraged and permitted to post links/petitions etc. regarding animal issues, please try to occasionally make a personal comment/post as well

Please be aware that not all members are vegans, vegetarians, or living a 100% cruelty-free lifestyle. We all lead different lives which doesn't mean that we do not love animals, so please respect the fact that we are all different. The main purpose for being here is that we all share a love for animals and truly want to help them and make a difference for them in this world.
