Nice.
You know your NYC history. Plus the parts I never read about.
My only nit pick was to ask that the copy be a bit bigger, but it looks like you fixed that for
act two.

I like the little snatches of conversation used to weave a social fabric. You manage to say a lot without saying anything specific. It's that kind of detail that makes the art so much fun too.
