i love your style. it makes me feel that events are happening so quickly that we don't have time to take stock of the lines in dad's face or the redness of the splattered blood.
panel one is stunning.

Thanks! I was really happy with that panel as well. I'm a fan of really looking into how pacing in a comic works, such as less detail equaling less time the viewer spends on that panel and vice versa. I'm glad you caught that.

I really like how it feels as though the lighting along with the blurred running sequence suggest heat.
