You have inaugurated my 30's with perhaps the most concentrated mass of unpleasantry possible, exquisitely executed. It just gets more twisty with every panel, so much so that to try to comment on it all would be pointless, except to say: I love the cat's desperate expression as it leaps for its life. It's darkly comical without being cartoonish.

Jesus, and some people call ME creepy...

When I finished that cat panel, I couldn't stop looking at it and laughing and I had to take a dinner break. It's one of my favorites.

Happy Birthday, btw. Your 30s are the sexiest decade; there was a noticeable "CLICK" about a month after my 30th where suddenly the machine just worked better and felt more comfortable. I think eventually you know what you want and you're finally smart enough to enjoy it.

Fantastic color work on this one, esp. that cat-leap moment! The lashes in the last panel even give the poor guy a damsel-in-distress look!
