"This" would be a jpeg graphic file, roughly 295 pixels wide x 301 pixels high. The image appears to have a lovely 5-color schema, designed to catch the eye. The main drawing would appear to be to be a female face inhaling (or exhaling?) some kind of vapor, her eyes covered by text that says "Fishtown" or, more specifically, "fiSHTOwN".

Perhaps, "this" would be a promotional image or "teaser" for a new comic here on AIV, beginning (and I may be inferring here) on April 12th, 2007. Possibly, our European readers would interpret that as December 4th, but I'm banking on April.

If you were referring to the plot of said story, there will be more on that in the coming weeks. If you're particularly curious in the meantime, looking up Philadelphia Court of CP #03-06-1389 might shed some light.
