"Kelly" Interlude #1

This interlude follows the end of Act One; it's the first of a few that will lead us to a very loud SLAP that begins "Kelly" Act Two. I'm not sorry to say, I couldn't stay away completely from my baby.

And what's up with 718? Wait until after Thanksgiving... we'll be taking that story home once the holiday has passed. Happy Turkey Day to all of you out there...

I didn't know I was missing KELLY so much till I read this - so very on the edge of my seat as to what's in AZ, who's Mr. Grady and when is Kelly going to trim his pubes? WTF???? - Courts.

Thank you sir... Having less "action" while "introducing" a new character and manipulating the overall structure of the novel's plot with a phone call was an experiment I am rather proud of.

Of course you don't know what I am talking about (YET), but this interlude is actually a serious lynchpin in the story. It'll all make sense when it's published in book form and read in one go.

I miss Kelly too; you'll see how integral this little phone call is soon enough... but for now, we're calling it an "interlude" that leads us slowly down the dark path to Act Two.
