Wonderfully gross as usual, PC! One suggestion going forward: add a silent "beat" panel before the grisly action, it's a technique that will enhance the surprise of the "action" panel. Otomo does it alot in Akira (like a little pebble falling before the ground erupts as a demon/monster exploddes from the ground). This allows the reader to "breathe" before you hit them over the head!

Hope this makes sense!
