Across the 'Verse is set in the future. Only characters from future settings will be permitted here unless you have a damned good reason to still be alive. All contemporary characters should head on over to

Across the 'Verse will combine mutli-genre based worlds from a variety of SCIFI universes. It is a role-playing game community where characters from different fandoms can interact, a creative writing community, and a fan fiction community. When you, as a player, write a post or a reply to a post on Across the 'Verse, we really want you to feel free to write more than just a one line bit of dialog. Like all great story tellers, let us get a sense of the environment your character is from and where they are now. Show us the colours, the smell, the textures, what he or she is feeling, what they are doing; go ahead, describe it to us, draw us in -- we love a good story!
