Battlestar Galactica animated mood theme
- 132 images of the major/recurring characters from seasons 1-3 of the show.

How to install (basically just a paraphrased version of the instructions here):
Paid & Plus Accounts - 1. Download the zip file and upload the pictures to Photobucket or a private server.
2. Open the file adminconsolescode.txt in Notepad (or your text editor of choice).
3. Open up your search-and-replace box (on Notepad it's Ctrl-H) and replace http://www.hosting.com/ with your address. So if you uploaded your images to http://www.internet.com/pictures/,
4. Go to the LJ admin console and enter:
moodtheme_create "BSG animated" "by schmiss"
Then click Execute. It will give you a string of numbers, which is your moodtheme number. Copy them.
5. Go back to the adminsolescode.txt file, and use search-and-replace to replace the 12345 with whatever number the console gave you.
6. Copy and paste the whole text file and insert it into the console, and hit Execute.
7. You should get a big list saying that each mood was accepted.
8. Now go to the Customize page, click "customize selected theme" and you should see "BSG animated" as a mood theme option. If you are using the s1 style then you just scroll down to the list of mood themes. Select that, save changes, and enjoy!
Basic accounts - Switch to Plus and install the moodtheme as written above. Then switch back to Basic on the same page (yes, you can still switch back if you have a Basic account already). Your moodtheme will still be there.

I was learning how to make animations for a
starttheclock challenge when I decided to make this (and I ended up using edited versions of a few of these for my submissions... haha). I tried not to be too biased towards my favorites, so I think there's some of every main/recurring character, along with the main couples and some minor-but-awesome people like Romo, Seelix, Crashdown, etc.Please comment + credit if you take/use! It would make my day to know someone's actually using this, and credit makes it easier for others to find this. Just put "moodtheme by
schmiss" or a link to this post in your userinfo, layout, whatever. This is my first moodtheme, I've checked & double-checked everything (who knew I was so incapable of spelling 'mischievous'?!) but if you find some kind of error, let me know. Also, please comment if the download link expires so I can upload a new zip.
