rules for applying

01. Join to post. You must be 13 years or older to join.
02. Fill out the form. Please place the application behind a Livejournal cut.
03. When posting pictures with your application, please refrain from posting pictures of you cosplaying. You are free to post them after you are stamped.
04. This is obvious, but answer honestly. Do not morph yourself into a new person just so you get rated as your favorite character, please.
05. Please be vivid with your application. If you just answer with things like, "I'm a dork, and I like to talk", nobody will be able to rate you.
06. Put something about cheagles in the subject line so I know you've read the rules!
07. You will get stamped after 7 votes or two weeks of time, whichever comes first. Patience may be required!
08. RESTAMPS ARE NOT ALLOWED!

rules for voting

You do not have to be stamped to vote, but you have to have applied (or planning to apply).
01. Vote. Vote. Vote. I cannot stress this enough. You do not need to vote on every single application, but activity is nice. Please bold your votes. Your Vote It would also be nice if you gave a reason for your vote, but it isn't required.
02. Please do not follow the above comments. If you find the person applying as a completely different character than the rest, speak up. Maybe the other voters will see what you are getting at.
03. Please try to keep your vote minimum to two characters.
04. You may only rate people as a character on the stamps list.

Advertising is perfectly fine as long as it has to do with a character rating community or the Tales of Series! (You have to be stamped to do this. Put "stamped" in the subject link).

After you are stamped, you are welcome to post pictures of yourself cosplaying or anything else your heart desires! Please put "Stamped" as the subject though.
