11:52p Interesting people At the movie theater where I work, there are a lot of people who work part time (including me). So everytime I work, I meet someone knew or get to talk a little more to people I've only met briefly before. Tonight was great, especially the two other people who I was working with at the cash register. One girl, who when she isn't working, is writing an essay on how people choose to portray themselves in online games. The other one is a guy who studies film and is a Pokemon Trading Card Game champion who has actually won trips to Hawaii and Florida to compete in international card tournaments. At my break, I had a chat about Watchmen and Neil Gaiman with one of the ushers who has actually met Neil Gaiman in real life. It's really a cool and interesting bunch that I work with. :D current mood: impressed current music: Remy Zero - Save me

5:08p I am never going to write 2 papers in two days again. My brain just can't take the abuse. It's like writing a chapter or a section of a chapter everyday. It drives me mad, like I actually felt nauseated for a moment. I don't mind editing many many papers at once, but to actually use my brain to filter all of this excess info and make something out of it-- gaaaaaaaaaah, brain can't take this shit. NEVER AGAIN. I had to take 7 pages of info yesterday and crunched it down into 2 pages and a half. And that's just the rough draft. It'll go through a massive revise and edit today, to avoid plagiarism, be it accidental or blatant. Now, I have to do it again, with 9 pages worth of info (which I already downsized to 8), and then I'll revise and edit this either today, late at night, or tomorrow. I doubt I'll have time to edit these two papers. I'll probably revise and edit them tomorrow. X.x
