abs_media, a community for all media pertaining to the jrock band abingdon boys school. Your mods are ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif){kind=small}
tokyoduchess and shoudo. This community is members only, with moderated submissions and membership. This means you cannot be a member of the community unless we approve you for membership, and all potential posts must go through us, the mods, before they can be posted. If you don't like these rules, make your own community.The band consists of four main members, and two supporting members:

This community was designed to meet the needs of all abingdon boys school fans. We want to show our love and appreciation for the band by creating a community where we can share every kind of media pertaining to them in one place and it make it easier for everyone to find what they're looking for. The things we allow to be posted here are:
~Discography - any MP3s or albums by abingdon boys school posted for download. You must include the song/album title.
~PVs and videos - any music videos or other videos that have abingdon boys school in them. this includes comments, live performances and interviews. include the title of the PV or the show/venue the band performed/commented on. we want things as orderly and clean as possible, not random files thrown into posts.
~Images - photos or scans of the band. screencaps also fit into this window. if you're posting scans from a magazine, you must include the name and date of the issue.
~Graphics - this includes icons, banners, layouts and wallpapers. you may post only graphics you made yourself.
RULES
READ THESE THEY'RE IMPORTANT
1. ONLY media by abingdon boys school will be accepted. If you want to post or request the music of other jrock bands, there are a myriad of other communities you can go to; we suggest starting at
jmusic_uploads or japan_uploads. If you want to post MP3s, PVs or albums by Takanori Nishikawa as T.M. Revolution, you may.2. DO NOT FLAME OR WE WILL BAN YOU. There will be no warnings on this front. If you can't be polite and courteous, we don't want you here mucking up the goodness. Go somewhere else to spread your malcontent. We really don't care if you don't like someone, it's not that hard to be civil.
3. No negativity about the band, its members or their music. This is a fan community. We love abingdon boys school and the music they make. If you don't, why in the world are you here?
4. Friends-lock all entries. This is moderated community. Only if you are a member are you allowed to see the posts.
5. Request reasonably. Once they come out with more music we don't want people coming in asking for their entire collective works. It's not fair to any of us. Always look through past entries before requesting. What you're looking for may have already been uploaded.
6. All large images or graphics MUST be put under an lj-cut. Any posts failing to follow this rule will be automatically deleted.
7. Tag and subject your entries. Include the title of what it is you've uploaded/are looking for. This will help everyone find what they're trying to find that much easier, helping us avoid constantly repeating uploads.
8. Keep the uploads alive. When they expire, re-up them if you can. When re-uploading expired files, edit the old entry instead of making a new one.
9. Thank and credit. Uploading/scanning/downloading can take many tedious hours and its because we love abs and jrock that we devote our time to doing it, so we can all enjoy and support the band together. It ain't no piece of cake. Please, please, PLEASE comment and credit. Don't say you ripped and upped a file if someone else did. Don't claim graphics as your own when you didn't make them. For the love of God and jrock, people. Have a little respect and courtesy. It's illegal, not to mention just plain rude, to take credit for things that are not your own.
10. PLEASE DO WHAT YOU CAN BY BUYING THE ALBUMS AND SUPPORTING THE BAND. Jrockers gotta eat too.
