I posted yesterday to ask if people were interested in having a new abouttwoboys deadline, and if so, when it should be. Based on that poll, it seems as though a lot of people are interested in having a deadline, but people are worried about potentially not getting to read some of the fics if some of the authors miss the deadline. So here's the plan:

The new deadline is May 1st, but it's not a firm deadline.

So what does that mean, exactly?

It means I'll make a master list of all the fics that have been posted up through May 1st, and post it after that, but if you're still not done with your fic because, say, you're trying to finish up your spn_j2_bigbang draft, it's okay! You can still post your fic to the comm when you're done with it, and I'll add it to the master list afterwards.

Ahaha, so, as you guys probably noticed, the revised deadline of February 29th came and went, and we completely neglected to close the comm. A LOT of people were still working on their fics, last we checked, and presumably that's still the case! So, let's take a poll:

That said, this is the first fic I’ve ever really written, and certainly my first ever J2. The title is actually taken from the movie, one of Victor Melling’s lines. I’ve made some changes to the plot and characters though, especially since Jensen Ackles does not a Sandra Bullock make, unless I wrote him as a girl and hi, first fic, not ready to make the big leap yet. I also apologize ahead for any tasteless jokes, misuse of gay icons, and unnecessary cruelty towards Chad Michael Murry. I really do love him.
