well i am from south armagh but these were taken in county down. and i cannot remember for the life of me what you called the mountains where we drove up. you head for banbridge and take wee narrow country roads.

there were loads of old ruins and you could walk in around them all, it was soooo great!

yeah, isn't it just wonderful?! i love how there are old houses like this around all of ireland. i just have to walk for 10 seconds out my door and there is a house like this! i am going to post another different house in a while so watch out for it. it just right beside my home; a haunted house called Rainey's. it is really awesome!!

what do you mean cob? i asked my dad how old does he think this house would be and he said it would have been built in the late 1700s or early 1800s. the stove, chair etc would have been early 1900s. ireland is full of old houses like this, i love it! and the best thing about it is, you can just go in and photograph and nobody says a thing!

i have so many fantastic photographs that i done with black and white film but i don't have a negative scanner. i really want to see about getting one.
