It's tinkering with the photo after it comes off your camera/film. Basically Photoshop. If you're using film, it's manipulation in the darkroom- dodging and burning (alternatively holding back and over-exposing parts of the image).

I really love the lighting in the first shot and the last one has a fantastic subject. I imagine it's a very rare sight indeed in any abandoned building.

I had a bookeeping job at perkins where the motto was the job isn't finished till the paperwork's done AND the plates are washed!

I think this place could benefit from those words... ^_^
