Favorite Anime Link: www.gaiaonline.com No joke it's like a second home to me with all the otaku there and all. But recently they've had some events with MTV. Quests about about 'The Hill' I think it's some teen show on T.V. Don't know, don't watch it.

Other: I'm a future mangaka that above all else has to learn japanese and korean so theta I can one day live my dream as the best mangaka in the world!! (yeah, I now it sounds animeish. Well that'sehat you get when ur mind's filled with the stuff) My other dream was to be the supreme dictaorof the universe and take over after my sis 'accidentally' dies as the universal president but that didn't sound too good on my 'What I wan to be when I grow up' sheet the teacher gave me.

Favorite Live Action/Asian Cinema: First has to be nobuta wo produce. I wtch that a while ago some time during the summer last year and I still can't top thinking about it!! then orasama because it has miyavi in it, ~~although I couldn't understand a word~~ I can't get enough of it!

Short Story of an Experience: All of my friends are either white, spanish, or asian! I have only no black friends that like anime or jrock! Here they're all really into rap (not that that's bad. I listen to j+k artists rap) and all that. My life revolves around Anime, manga, yaoi, writing ,jrock//VK and drawing so I tend to be more closer to people who are also like that.

What brings you to AALike?: I as searching for a VK comm to join and I saw this comm. The fact that it's als a black comm made me want to join it even more =3.

I'm listening to Due le quartz right now and I feel super hyper! So that's me. nice to meet you all.

	I don't think I've ever commented in this community... Anyway, I just wanted to say I'm a Gaian as well, haha. I also like Death Note and Beauty Pop, though I hated the ending of Death Note (Light should've won dammit!). I don't really wanna learn chinese because of all the different prunouciation, but I'd be cool if I could actually did learn how. I just don't like spanish. The language I mean. I admit, I was a bit sad when L died. I thought his mannerisms were quite amusing. I wonder how the story would've ended if Light had won instead... I really thought his plan would fall through, but there were too many pages left for me to have full hopes for it. I bitched about it for at least an entire day. xP

I like how the languages sound, though the reason I want to learn them is because, even though the Asian population here is quite small, the majority are Chinese (and I wanna be nosy when they start speaking to each other, haha); and there are alot of Spanish-speaking people moving here, so I wanna know Spanish too. So basically, I'm just nosy. XD But it would interesting for me to learn all of them.

Wow, that was longer than I expected.

Yeah, when L died I wouoldn't touch a death note book for atleast a week lol. I was so sad ~~and allittle mad at light~~...I wish nia and mero would've worked together from the begining. I wonder How they would've handdled the kira case. I kinda wannted to see light win too. His idea of a new world sounded cool. The world was already transforming in kira's favor anyway. If it went on alittle longer he probobly would've achieved his goal and then died XD</strike>

lol. THere're alot of spanish kids here too. THey just talk and talk and talk and it gets boring and sometimes I wish that they'd just shut up because I don't understand them >.< I wanna knpw what they're talking about but absolutly don't want to learn. I get so mean when it comes to that languege, If spanish was a person I'd bully it. XD sad truth.

I'd say the asain population is huge, thier influence isn't so huge, though.The Chinsese are like the biggest population out there, them the U.S. and then spanish. (I had to reearch the languae last week, for school)Then comes the indians and Iragis and all those groups. There were only two people I actually knew that speak chinese and one of them moved. I watched Hana-kimi the tiwanese ver (ella-chan's my favorite chinese person =3), Formula 17 and Go! Go! G-boys!, and yeah, it's prtty to listen to. ~~And I expecialy enjoyed seeing all those hot guys~~

I've only heard a few songs by both bands, but I'd definitely recommend to check them out.

Even though I was mad that Light's plan didn't work, I was still sort of amused by the fact that the whole thing was to amuse Ryuk, who ended up killing Light himself 'cause it'd be boring otherwise. XD

lol Well, I live in a predominantly black neighborhood, and we don't get many students outside of that race. All we mostly hear is English (well, except for the people taking Spanish and French, haha) unless we go outside such areas.

Yeah, from the begining ryuku wasn't from anyone's side, eventhough he would help light out from time to time. Even though he said he didn't want the fun to end, he was probobly anticipating writing light's name in the death note!! He proboly wouold've killed L himself if he didn't think Light's game was funny!

We live in like the spanish/black/white/asain community where only europeans are scarce. lol

	I can relate to Ryuk--doing shit just for pure amusement. XD I think our city as a whole is sort of diverse, it's just in most areas, there are more of one people and less of another (and so on) so it doesn't seem diverse at all unless you move to a different area.
