| What will you find here? Okay well, there is no way to extensively fill out the profile of an icon journal without sounding like an ego maniac. So I'm going to be honest and blunt. Cause really that's what matters. For more info on ME me, check the lj link above. I like making icons. Well I love making icons. I think most of my icons are good. Well maybe about half. The others are decent. Sometimes I make icons and really like them but then after I look at them again I go "Ugh what was I thinking." Sometimes I still like my icons even after I post them. I like trying new things on photoshop so a lot of these icons are new things I tried. Usually that involves other types of layers or other types of textures. I try to branch out in textures a lot. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes people like my icons when I don't like them. Sometimes the opposite happens. So if I feel like I fail when I look back at my icons why do I keep doing it? No one is going to be perfect all the time. You don't learn unless you try and I feel like it would be lying or deceitful to show only the icons that I absolutely love or the icons others love. |
