Okay, so I turned on episode one of this anime. First, all I see are terribly deformed characters shooting a rocket made of wood into the sky. Then some kid goes crazy and starts setting off fireworks. Then there's some monsters fighting each other. Then more deformed people, then more monster fighting, then some fuckin crazy ninja knights come in. Not kidding. Ninja Knights. Picture medieval knights, in full armor, running around like ninjas and stuff. And being silent about it too.

Pretty much, to make things short:

1] Dad and I have progressively gotten much worse. He quit his job before he had another one, like an idiot, so now the only source of income is myself. WAY TO FUCKING GO, DAD. So we might be moving to Orlando, Gainesville, another state, who knows. I want to stay here. I want to be with my friends and family (minus my dad). So I'm praying he lands a job here.

2] I hate school. Reaaaaaaaally hate school. I go every day, and I only have three - four months until I get my diploma, but dear GOD it is so damn boring. A teacher even accused me of stealing a test AFTER I TOOK IT. Seriously? Burn in hell.

3] I got laid off from my job of over a year. Now I work at a calendar kiosk for Borders, and I regret it oh so much. Now the GM and assistant manager treat me like crap just because I work for them now. They were SO nice before, and even bought me food and coffee on occasion. They even had me help them plan the midnight release of Breaking Dawn, and I was the VERY first person to get the book. I can understand in a way that they can't be favorable to someone, but disregarding everything and treating me like shit, then cutting me down for one day a week because I have school even though EVERYONE ELSE DOES AND THEY GET AT LEAST TWO DAYS A WEEK? No. It's not acceptable, and once I find another job (hopefully soon), they can go fuck themselves. Wonderful store, shitty management. Sadly, they won't lose me to Barnes&Noble across the street because Borders gives me a 40% discount on certain books, and has a much bigger selection of manga. Stupid Barnes&Noble. GET A BIGGER MANGA SECTION SO I DON'T HAVE TO GO IN THERE AND HAVE IT BE AWKWARD AS HELL.

4] After almost 20 years, I finally found someone I love so much who makes me so incredibly happy I cannot even explain it in words. His name is Alex, and I met him at school. The way he asked me out was so cute. I didn't have a car at the time (my dad was a douchebag and took it away), so he called me during class. My phone was on silent, so I didn't hear it. He ended up calling my friend next to me, and her phone was on vibrate (which is a really, really loud vibrate). She saw it was him, looked at me and went, "Go outside and call him." Soooo I did, and he offered to pick me up from school after I was done in about 15 minutes or so. He did, and we went back to his house. I was over there with mutual friends playing Rock Band before, so his dad knew who I was (his mom was never there though, so I had to meet her later on) and greeted me. A little bit afterward, we were upstairs hanging out on his bed (well...tickling each other, to be honest. WHICH I THINK IS CUTE OKAY), and I don't even know what we were talking about. All I remember is me going, "Oh, really?" as I laughed and him responding with, "Yeah". Then it got quiet for about a second and he leaned in and kissed me. Granted, I had no idea he had feelings for me as well even though it was obvious beforehand, because I'm a moron. But right after that, he went, "So, I guess this is a good time to ask you out, huh?" at which point I laughed and said, "Yes." MY PARENTS EVEN LIKE HIM. MY DAD, WHO HATES EVERYONE EXCEPT LIKE, TWO OF MY FRIENDS LIKES HIM. OH. MY. GOD. Later on, I went to dinner with most of his family, and they loved me. His grandmother who I hadn't met gave me a kiss on the cheek, and everyone hugged me. I have never, ever felt more accepted by another person's family like this before. It felt amazing, and I just wanted to cry. Then, even later on when I was at his house one night, his mom started showing me old pictures of him and the family in general (but mostly him). I laughed most of the time, and I loved it. This woman acts like we're going to get married, and I find it hilarious. His dad is freaking hysterical, by the way. All of you would like him if you have a good sense of humor. :P

Anyway, yeah. I have never been happier in my entire life. This is a picture of Alex and I going to dinner at Benihana with his parents on his 19th birthday (which was only 8 days ago!). By the way, I'm 5'2" and he's 6'3". Ahaha.







...That wasn't short, at all. Haha. Anyway, it is time for me to eat and go to school. I love you guys, and I'll update more often! <3

Hehe I am soo excited about this, I want to see so bad :0 its being played by Yakarazuka Revue, an all female group. This group has also done an adaptation of Rose of Versailles and Black Jack as far as anime goes. I knew about this for a while but thought I would post this to remind myself there are good in the world, like puppies and kittens and candy and inanimate objects with animu faces, etc...I wonder if a recording of this will be on Crunchy Roll? I know the Bleach musical is up there...hmm and now I wonder if the Utena musical is there..

Hey, guys! I'm back in my hometown home for fall break. My b-day party is this Saturday and the theme is Team Dark! I'm gonna have a cake with Team Dark on it. The decorations are gonna be red, black, and pink. This year I'm having goody bags to give to my cousins. My friend is getting one too and so am I. For our goody bag, I found these Gamecubes with candy in them ^^ They make noise too. One made these sounds from Mario Kart Double Dash!!. I got a purple GC for me and a black one for my friend.
We're having Medina Kabobs for dinner like always =D

I love Cold Stone Creamery. Their cake batter ice cream is so good. I had a scoop of that with rainbow sprinkles the other day when I went to a haunted house.

I don't watch Dancing With The Stars, but Erica Kane (she's from All My Children- I forgot what the actress' name is) is in it. My mom watches AMC, so I'm interested in seeing Erica dance.

I went to my favorite mall and found out it finally happened- Cool Stuff is gone. I knew one day they would take that store away. That store was a treasure box. I got my Princess Peach figurine there, my Shadow, Sonic, and Knux scroll; my Knux plushie, my third Shadow plushie, my second Shadow keychaine, my Shadow cosplay hat. They had Sonic X plushies and the PGSM DVD set there. They also had the Sonic movie there. They had Mario stuff there too. For the past few years, I've gone to that store each time I went to the mall since I knew it could disappear one day (they keep closing the good stores! D:). So, I'm not as upset since I've gone to that store each time instead of skip it. Still, I'm gonna miss that store which had a Shadow plushie in a window and a possibility of Shadow or Peach goods inside.

Wisdom teeth are out!

It wasn't too bad. Really weird, but not overly painful... My mouth is still pretty numb. They've got me on T3s for any pain, so I should be fine. It's kinda gross though, since I still have to have gauze in my mouth to keep the bleeding from getting too bad.

And I'll have to live off of protein shakes and yogurt for the next week... So that kinda sucks... But I might just lose like 5 pounds so that's a bonus!

I'll be sure to keep you all updated on how much pain I may be in, so have no fear!

Def. Eeyore. He's always been my favorite, and I'm sort of a calm person too, so we go well together. Tigger is cool, but he'd probably drive me nuts. xD

So, awesomeness of awesomeness- I work on Halloween, but at the library, we are actually allowed to dress up if we like. <3 Obviously, it has to be tasteful... and I really kinda wanna do it (I want to go as a Hogwarts student- I figure if I buy what I'm missing now, I can have it for the last two movie releases, as well as a convention costume, and just for fun too)...

But the problem is that Halloween is a Friday, and that is one of our shorter staffed days... and everyone I work with will not be dressing up (well, I only asked a couple of them, but I'm pretty sure the rest won't dress up :|). So I'd be alone... XD;;; On the one hand, the kids might get a kick out of it, but I'm still a little apprehensive...

Okay, so I'm back to doing a couple of horn lessons. Because whilst I do not have the MAD CUH-RAAAAAAZY SKILLZ that would be nice, can PROBABLY handle lessons of certain levels, y'know? So yeah. There's a freshman, first off, and did have a lesson with her once before, so I knew more or less what to expect there. Not the peak of knowledge-skill-whatever, but dude, she switched over from flute last year, and hasn't really had much of anything in the way of aid. So, you know, the fact that she's sticking with the instrument at all is pretty kickass. And she responds and is rather wheeheehee, and all, so that one's all well and good.

The second, though... Eighth grader, didn't know what I was getting into on that one, but whatever. Go in and expect whatever, asked her some general questions. Aaaand the facts given were rather wellhuh, because she said that she's been playing horn since fifth grade, that her father has given her some instruction, and that both of her parents are (or were?) horn players. So I was all, mmkay, so yeah, if this is extraneous, please just tell me. XD Because by this point, I'm expecting that this kid can friggin' play. But y'know, worse case can give some pieces of music, whatever. And figured we'd see where we were.

And, um. Wow. Tried very hard not to show the wait-what that brain was going through, but it was... It was a bit tricky, to say the least. Because after that build up? Dude, this kid couldn't play one of the simplest scales. Very mid-range, very beginner... It wasn't even a straight progression. there was jumping around. And I'm wondering whether a) she was fucking with my head, b) she's tone deaf or c) there's just something else going on, there. But really. And, um, counting? No. Awwwww no. And I'm still not convinced that she knows the note names very well, which could also be problematic, yes.

Also, she has her own horn. Which has a hole in it. SO SHE CAN'T PLAY WITHOUT THE GODDAMN TRIGGER WHAT THAT IS NOT COOL. Ahahaha yeah, go play second line G with the trigger, go. It's awesome. Ohhhhh, man. THAT was probably a visible mental!facepalm moment. Because wow. Got her fingerings for that but, ah... wow. Wow.

Let me tell you, that was all kinds of fun. Like a carnival, maybe. A carnival held in Cambodia. With lost puppies and purple haze, yep. Yep. And there's the drumset again. Wonderful.

I've decided to start going through The X-Files, starting with season 1. Gods am I on drugs or something? I guess it's cause I've not watched it a lot lately.

I'm just finishing the Sean/Gavin, then I'll do something MCR based with Worm.
