CRYSTAL KAY'S NEW MYSPACE PICTURE + HAIR ADVICE.

As you all know, me and Japan's own Jpop/r&B star Crystal Kay (aka Kuri da Cutie) are like THISCLOSE.
Well, just on myspace. Because one time I added her to my myspace, and she added me back! We're like myspace BFFs now. Just kidding. Anyway, she's updated to show the world her new dog which she named Sarang, which means 'love' in Korean. I guess she's trying to learn Korean? (She's African American and Korean fluent in both Japanese and English.) So here is her and her new dog:

I've also noticed that she's recently updated her myspace blogs with a whole post on hair tips for people with nappy hair like hers. And sometimes, I forget that she's only what...18? 19? Because of her star status in Japan, I'm oblivious most of the time that she is after all...just an average American teenager.


just a few hair tips

Hey this blog is for the ladies....welll if you a fella with .long curls maybe you can try too...hehe but yeah ive been gettin quite a few mails from females about how to keep their hair from goin crazy...especially the mamis with the curls.AINT IT FUNNY HOW PEOPLE WITH NICE STRAIGHT HAIR WANT OUT CURLS AND WE WANT THEIR NICE STRAIGHT HAIR......mannn my dream from when i was a lil girl was to have sTRAIGHT hair like them SHAMPOO commercials but then i realized curls can be original too so i gave up on that idea..well not really GAVE up coz then theres the PERM..but then im scared that if i perm my hair, itll take forever for my curls to grow back and itll damage it..so yeah.....but neways....ive had a lot of trouble with my mixed hair until i finally found out what was best for this type of hair....ive tried all of em. MOUSSE/HARDENING SPRAY/WAX(yukk:P)/ETC..i mean they can work sOMETIMES...but to keep ur curls in TACT....GEL is essential...i use LA LOOKS, LEVEL 9? i think...its yellow...and the brand GEL works pretty good too...yall are prolly like yea duh i use gel too...but the key is to put it in ur hair rite after you get out the shower.

you gotta pic your clothes quick haha...and before it dries up, you have to brush the GEL into ur hair with ur fingers. by puttin it into ur wet hair, ur curls will be in shape once it dries up and it wont go crazy as in a FRO or crazy FRIZZes.... TRUST, ladies i got some knappy hair too and i know how it can get..but i jus make sure i get that GEL in it and im straight...haha but the ladies that hit me up for hair questions always have hair with no problems..haha...some girls with beautiful hair be comin up to me askin...but im like damn you the one with the nice hair haha...but ne ways yeah i just wanted to let the ladies know...for those who are havin trouble with their mixed hair..and to the ladies without problems, do ya thang :)..GLUCK LADIES*
