I've recently started doing Yoga and Pilates classes a few times a week. For a period of a day or two after some of the classes, I've noticed that my body tends to "pop" more than usual. It's mainly in the front of the hips, where I've never had any injuries that I know of, and the upper back, where I do have a minor alignment issue. It's not painful at all, just noticeable - kind of like when you stretch and crack your back except that I'm not stretching, just moving around as I usually do.|
My current pet theory is that it's my body doing it's job getting itself back into alignment after years of sitting in front of computers, slouching and in general neglecting my core. Thoughts?
