A Minor Flaw In The Plan.
So, as this week passed by, a surprisingly have gotten really sick. :/

What really sucks, is having to eat something every 3 hours so I could force down my medication. Along with that, I've had barely any exercise.

I'm getting excited about tomorrow, I'm going to see about joining a gym membership. Maybe I can get started and have a good time.

Does anyone have any advice of getting back on track after getting sick? :/

try taking a multivitamin every day as well as at least thirty minutes of yoga daily. concentrate on the yoga breathing. do this for one week and see how you feel.

try not to think of the big picture & just do what's best everyday.

I joined YMCA & like it much better then the other clubs I've tried( bally's & some other american fitness centers) I like how they are low key & all the classed are free,not just the lame ones - good luck!
