Well...blame my new obsession with him since the start of the Olympics. Really the rekindling of my obsession, since I was always intruiged by this serious yet passionate figure skater since Salt Lake City. I absolutely loved his short program skate especially, and the story of his moving away from home at age 11 away from his family to pursue his dream was very touching...

Anyway, this is in honour of his Olympic Gold Victory; this post is really for me. But enjoy the icons - I hope at least a few people take some! Spread the Plushenko love!

I think it was on the NBC Olympics website. They didn't have a lot of pictures but some were alright, like this one. *loves it too*

How did I miss this post?! (It's because I'm lame and didn't even realize you moved to this community :P Silly me!) I have been in love with him and his skating since December 2001 :D And I was soooo happy to see him finally win the gold. I love these. You did a great job. The cropping is so great! ♥
