Hills star Stephanie Pratt opens up for the first time in the new issue of Us Weekly about hating her body and her terrifying secret struggle with bulimia -- sparked, she says, by the pressure of appearing alongside her super-thin friends on the hit MTV reality show.

The 5-foot-7 23-year-old reveals she began bingeing and purging after watching a scene she shot with Lauren Conrad in 2007 after first joining the cast: "I was horrified. I remember saying, 'I can't believe how huge I look walking over to Lauren.'"

Another time, when filming in Hawaii in bikinis, the size 0-2 Pratt –- in a bikini and cover-up -- asked costar Audrina Patridge, "What looks better, 'shirt on or off?'" Patridge said 'On.'" Says Pratt, "The producers never put pressure on us to lose weight," but adds, "It's embarrassing working with skinny girls."

Looks like Paris Hilton will be on the hunt for a new BFF and a new BF.

The celebutante has broken up with beau Doug Reinhardt, her rep confirmed to E! News.

But it appears that poor Reinhardt wasn't the first to get the news that he and Hilton were parting ways.

After receiving a call from E! about the breakup, he told the celebrity news network, "No, that's not true. Everything is OK between us."

The split comes just days after Hilton was heard gushing over the pair's plans to celebrate and upcoming six-month anniversary.

Reinhardt was spotted dining at sushi hotspot Nobu with "The Hills" stars Brody Jenner and Frankie Dalgado Wednesday night after the split.

He'll have time to rebound in peace - Hilton is headed to Dubai to begin work on the new season of "Paris Hilton's My New BFF."

Keep your eyes peeled for the BF spin-off.

Lauren Conrad: More Television, Please

She may have left The Hills, but that doesn't mean Lauren Conrad is done with television.

The former MTV darling tells me she's determined to get her debut novel, L.A. Candy, adapted for the small screen.

"It’s one of my hopes," said Conrad, who will hold court tonight at her book party at the Thompson Hotel in Beverly Hills. "We're going to start working on that when I get back from my book tour."

She also may be working on another reality show. She refused to hear any pitches after the cameras stopped rolling on her last season of The Hills, but now…

"I actually asked not to hear them," she said. "I said, 'Don't tell me anything.' So problem solved, and I got to enjoy some time away. But my two months is up now."

And she's also not giving up her fashion collection. "I have my line at Kohl's but I'm also working on putting back together my original line," she said. "I want to change it up, working on a new name…"

One thing you're likely not catch her doing? Checking out Kristin Cavallari's debut on The Hills. "I probably won't watch it," Conrad said. "I'm not a huge TV person."

Stephanie Pratt: "Heidi Thought She Was Dying!"

Were Spencer and Heidi Pratt deprived of food and water for almost three days while being forced to live in blacked-out seclusion on I'm a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here?

That's what their family is claiming. A show insider, on the other hand, says all reports that the pair were mistreated have been greatly exaggerated.

"They kept them locked up and through the roof they were dropping spiders the size of [Heidi's] hands in on her in the black," Spencer's sister, Stephanie, just told me at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation's A Time for Heroes Celebrity Carnival in L.A.

"They treated them like they were criminals or terrorists," she added.

Stephanie said Heidi, who was reportedly rushed to a local Costa Rica hospital yesterday, was transferred to another medical facility today. She said she wasn't sure what the final diagnosis was. But it sure doesn't sound pretty...

"She was throwing up 30 times with nothing in her stomach," Stephanie said. "She was really sick. She thought she was dying….I know they pulled such shitty antics," she said. "But being treated like criminals or terrorists? It's insane!"

The newlyweds will likely return home sometime this week, according to Stephanie.

A rep for NBC declined to comment, but ITV Studios, producers of I'm a Celebrity, deny any wrongdoing.

My show insider insists the newlyweds were not only fed, but they were only in the lost chamber for about 14 hours. "They slept most of the time," said the insider, who asked not to be identified. "And when they weren't sleeping, they were laying side by side praying."

As for the Speiders, the insider said, "There were no bugs added to the chamber. Maybe there was a small one that Spencer tried to kill."

The insider also said Heidi was not vomiting: "They were in happy spirits when they came out of the chamber."

We'll get to see everything tomorrow night when the latest I'm a Celebrity airs. "Everything is documented because there are cameras on them all the time," the insider said. "There are interviews, too."

Now, sources say, Spencer is considering suing NBC for its treatment of him and Heidi, while NBC is threatening to sue the newlyweds if they don't live up to their contract and bail in the show.

In terms of a celebrity's salary, Kristin Cavallari is getting some. According to several reports, the star of The Hills has been making nearly as much as Lauren Conrad did on the show. On an interview with Life & Style magazine, it has been revealed that Kristin is worth $63,000 for every episode.

The creators of the reality series apparently thought that she was worth hauling into the program for that much, and the amount is actually just $2,000 less than Conrad's. With her experience in such shows and her demand for fame, Kristin Cavallari should be able to make every cent worth it.

"They needed her," a source told the magazine. "They needed someone new and fresh, who also came with a buzz and a name that was recognizable. Kristin was the obvious choice."

Seeing as how she brought on enough drama during her stint on Laguna Beach, Kristin Cavallari's appearance on The Hills will certainly cause more crazy antics to unfold. She knows how well she works in creating havoc for those around her, so she demanded to be paid as much.

"She wanted money," the source continued. "You don't have to pay the other girls that kind of money, but for Kristin you had to pay up."

It's a safe bet to say that replacing Lauren Conrad won't be that much of a hassle to Cavallari. Despite the antagonistic roles she may get into on the next season of the show, the rest of the cast is excited to work with her.

Heidi Montag, who's recently filming the NBC game show I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here, talked about her experience with Kristin Cavallari with excitement. "She's so fun and crazy," Montag exclaimed. "Kristin's not afraid to put anything on camera. She's not going to hold anything back."

And of course, we're sure she won't be holding back when she spends the $63,000 for herself.

Here’s the thing about Spencer Pratt. He’s a total asswipe, sure, but nothing gets by him, and we admire him for it. Spencer and his new wife Heidi spent a mere two days in the Costa Rican jungle for their stint on NBC’s I’m a Celebrity, Get Me out of Here. Seems they couldn’t take the heat. As soon as they departed, the rumor mill started churning. Would they be replaced by fellow Hills star Audrina Patridge? Audrina’s peeps said no. They claimed girlfriend was “headed in a different direction” – that she was “a star.” Spencer didn’t appreciate this insult, so he responded with this verbal gem:

"Heads up, Audrina. Just because you have a one night stand with a guy who’s in a movie called Star Trek doesn’t make you a star. You’re just a ho.”

Oooh, baby! Somebody better wash Spencer’s dirty mouth out, stat. Perhaps with some of Skinnyskinny’s organic soaps? They’ve got zero parabens and zilch chemical fragrances. We can holler at that. Can you?
