I know Huang Yida for only 2 weeks since I watched Devil Beside You and fell in love with the opening!
Beautiful!
Now I am listening his Exclusive Code Album.
I really love Set me Free (ok...maybe because there are french lyrics...I'm french =)...)
And I would like to know if you have some live performance video of this song.
I don't find any on youtube or anywhere.

Okay, I promised to upload the videos (at least most of them) and albums, and I finally managed to do so. It seems my connection has decided it's too cool for proper uploading, but I updated the links for the PVs that came with his first album, and both the albums that needed re-uploading ^^

By the way, I put them up on MediaFire, cos it doesn't have MegaUpload's pesky datalimit. I'll reup the other vids if I ever find the time for it, ok? Maybe some of the other members with a better upload connection and perhaps even better quality vids could even do it? I was thinking of buying extra editions of the other albums with the VCD's, but I'm so broke right now I can't even buy other new albums I've been planning on getting, so that might take some time -.-;;

Ok. here's the deal. I'm finding myself with nowhere near enough time to keep up with the things I'm supposed to keep up with, so I'm putting my comms up for grabs. If I haven't been able to find follow-up admins within the 2 weeks I'll delete these.

Someone asked me to reup the vids and albums in the database. I'm working between two computers, one of which barely has an internet connection, so I haven't been able to reup them. I'll try to get them up by this weekend, ok?

Hello everyone, first post here. I found Huang Yida through Devil Beside You and Chou Nan Ren. Since I liked the song so much, I checked Youtube for some videos and very much liked what I found there. I now have both of his albums (first one with a VCD and the second with DVD).

I'm asking if someone could provide me with a romanised version of the track listing on YiDA's first album (or a link to where I could find it). I would also love to have English translations as well, if possible.

Hello, everyone!!! I've just joined the community!! So I wanted to say hello to Yida fans here. I've liked Yida for a year. I found about him when I was in China last summer. I saw one of his videos on TV and immediately I went outside and bought his cd in a store. I totally love all his songs, they are all great!! Yida's cheeks are so round and cute. It makes me want to pinch thiem. (And makes him look like a little kid.)

Re: his blog seems to be mostly posted in Chinese now, but it's basically all pictures anyway, which is universal understood. Otherwise, most of his posts are about his pictures. Like this entry says, "My brother's - isn't it cute? I want to go to sleep. Good night."

I think the best blog one is this one:

Our dearest YiDA seems to have gotten himself a blog, which can be found right here. He seems to be updating in English, which is great, considering I wouldn't able to read it otherwise, with the 3 words of Chinese I now. -.-;; Let's hope he keeps updating in English and doesn't switch back like JJ Lin did. XD

Also updated the info page with a few more facts, I only have the English (which are hardly there and contain hardly any info) and Japanese fansites/blogs to get my info from, so if you guys find anything new and useful in Chinese, please translate and send it my way, or just post it here, and I'll put it up on the infopage.
