parcel has arrived. most unfortunately, one item, redken all soft shampoo, must have popped open during transit and half the bottle's all over our items. some packages are torn too. one of the tee tree oils has leaked a little (very little but the smell's pretty strong tho) as well. i've washed or wiped all items but they're still sticky and smell strongly of the redken all soft shampoo.
jasmine / volksmin, i've just emailed drugstore regarding your redken all soft shampoo. i'll try to see what kind of compensation they can offer.
i'm really worried about things breaking or spilling in the mail now so i'm offering meetups in addition to the current normal mail method. the $0.50 misc/handling fee will be waived for all spreers too. i hope this would help to relieve the relatively high shipping for some of you. =)

parcel has just arrived at vpostusa portland and i'm currently waiting for the vpost shipping bill
judging from the weight provided by usps (11.3 lb), shipping's going to be pretty high
to be fair, here's what i'm going to do:
- base charge S$13.24 to be split by no. of items
- additional shipping charge to be split by weight of our items
since the weight of some items are unavailable, i can only calculate each spreer's topup amount after the parcel's reached me
