So these are the cards that I've made recently. I just took over our local stamp club for the last two months so I came up with all the class projects and it's been pretty fun. |

So, I went to the Making Memories warehouse sale today after work. It wasn't as crazy as I'd envisioned as far as customer numbers. There were some good deals. I bought tons of varieties of brads, alphabets, etc. The prices are good for anyone in UT that wants to go.
They have large alphabet sheets for 25 cents, ribbon packs for $1, brad packs for $2, etc. They had tons scrapbooks, card stocks, embellies, tools, etc.
I spent $65! Hee hee. |

Making Memories, the mother company of it, is in Centerville UT - about 10 mins from my house. They are having a 3 day warehouse sale now through Fri, 10 til 6. My neighbor used to work there (remember my super spectacular Xmas neighbor gift boxes from her?). She had told me that this ware house sale is good and a NUT HOUSE for those 3 days. I'm gonna go Fri morning. Will report on the goods when I'm done....

I've been scrapping like crazy still lately! I am really into it! I just finished another Vegas set. I used my new Cricut Create to make some of the lettering. I used plain yellow paper background for this set.

I did this whole set today! This was from Jan 2008 trip to Vegas. This is when 4 of us girls went and we stayed in a Bally's suite. And we went to the Miss America Pagent! It was fun!
I got a Cricut Machine which I used for this page! My scans turned out better this time because I scanned them without the plastic sheet protectors.

Another Vegas trip, June of 2007. Mom & I went with friends of mine. 1 friend got a super high roller Sky Loft at the MGM Grand. 1 year later, I finally scrapped these... hee hee. Again, my scanner does something weird with the colors on my scans. The background paper I used for this set was neon pink.... Ah well.

| Scrapbook pages- Vegas Trip Nov 2007 |

It's been almost a year and I have just finished this set in the last 2 days. I am trying a new theme with my Vegas scrap books- 1 color background page for each trip (I go to Vegas a few times a year). I used to try to match up a paper for each page- depending on the theme. For some reason, my scans didn't do the color very well, the paper I used was actually neon orange.
I also didn't do background "framing" papers for my pics and didn't trim up my pics very fancy for this set.

I have been really sick lately. Going on 2 and a half weeks. So, I've been basically stuck in bed for the whole time and I got really bored and made some videos for ya'll to see.
I am really sick, so pardon all the heavy breathing and stuff. Gall bladder's hurt big time!
The first one is a video on how I store my clear stamps, and the second one is a tour of my new scrap space.

Card I made for my coworker, which I will have my team mates sign. On the left is the front of the envelope:
The pink flowery paper is shimmery but you can't really tell from the scan. I have a flat bed scanner now so I don't have to photograph everything. It's kinda nice! I save all my paper scraps, which is what I used for the name thing on the envelope. |

These pages are loooooong overdue! I was invited to get together last night with some other scrapbookers. I almost didn't go, but my husband encouraged me to go (if nothing else, just to socialize and have some time away from my kids). I started getting my materials together about an hour before heading out the door -- good thing I'm mentally organized with my scrapbooking stuff!
