Hello every one~~~
My name is AVA, but my account name is IceBitten (so lame).
I've been writing POT fanfics since 2OO5-- My otp being RyoSaku, of course!! I wanted to share some fics I've written with this comm, as I'm pretty surprised I haven't joined sooner... I think it'a a curse-- I honestly can't write any fanfiction unless the universe is POT. (=3=)
I hope Sakuno has a cameo in The New Prince of Tennis! fu fu fu~ (*U*)/

Sakuno didn't appear in the first chapter yet but I can't wait to see how she looks like because Ryoma looks like he has longer hair! Looks more grown up and mature XD I can't wait to see them meeting each other again!

There may be a VIRUS going around on Live Journal, especially on larger communities. I know, we don't have a lot of members (though, I think still over 100 is still pretty big). However, they do disable comments, delete the community's content, passwords, (and the moderator/maintainer account) and yeah. Pretty bad.

Hello!
This community has kind of kept me alive for the last three years.
About three years ago, I was watching t.v. very late at my uncle's house and this t.v. show that I've never heard of came on. The dub was quite atrocious and I quickly changed the channel, but the show stuck in my mind.
Many days had passed since I thought of that show, but I plopped myself down on a computer and searched for what Prince of Tennis was. As soon as I found out what it was, I proceeded to watch the first episode, and instantly fell in love with it. Especially the cute little girl with very long braids. I watched more episodes, realizing that I just loved the interaction between Ryoma and Sakuno.
I spent some episodes just waiting until I saw Sakuno, and attempted to see if any interaction between the two mentioned parties could lead to anything. But it never did! Deciding I need to bring this into my own hands, I probed youtube, looking for some kind of fan made deal that would satisfy me. I finally decided to just google it, to see what would come of it and this community was one of the first things that came up.
I literally was okay to die right then. I was so happy, and still am, that I could read amazing pieces of literature and see fantastic artwork about my favorite pairing. It inspired me to write and draw again because I had given up on both of them.
I thank you all, and wait for new pieces of work to come out. Maybe I'll write me own one day.

Title: The Moment We Meet Again...
Comments: This artwork was inspired by the last page of the Prince of Tennis manga where Ryoma was all grown up. I tried my best to draw Ryoma as Konomi Takeshi did but still not good enough!! When I was staring at that last colored manga page (hoping for some inspiration) it finally came to me!
Also because there is so much detail in this picture, I figured color pencil would be more efficient. Maybe I'll consider doing a digital version of it if I have time and the patience...
Here's the short and simple explanation for the picture that some of you might not understand:
Ryoma is older now. He comes back from America and walks around reminiscing a little. He sees a girl in a high ponytail playing tennis clumsily with a bad posture and he observes.
Sakuno is unaware of his presence. He is unaware of who she is. That's the whole point of this picture. You can assume that now that they're both there, they will definitely turn to each other and meet with eachother again as fate would put them together.
P.S. - I'm very bad with perspectives and stuff. You can see Sakuno's full body and she is much smaller than Ryoma because she is suppose to be a few feet in front of him (my paper space was limited so it didn't look like there was space between them. Sorry!) Ryoma is much larger and his feet is hidden because he is closer to the audience looking at the picture and he is standing farther back.
Yep. That's it. I did this in approx 2 hours... I hope the coloring isn't horrible. I hardly use colored pencils =X

Possible Plagiarism?

Hey guys. I was browsing the RyoSaku filter of Fanfiction Net and found this story:

Reading the story, I seem to recall a RyoSaku doujin with the same exact story. I remembered someone posted the link to the scanlated doujin on this community so I brought it up here. I don't have the copy of the doujin though so I can't be sure, though someone's already called her on it...
Any thoughts on this?
EDIT: I re-read her author's note, and she says that she did get the two stories from the doujin and mixed the two to create the fanfic, but somehow it still sounds like plagiarism to me...
