| About: | In response to trying to join a scumbag community full of poseurs who wouldn't know what real scum was if it punched them in their poseur face, I decided to make this page. I've met real scum that felt the same way as I did. Fill out an application and email it to me. If you don't think Captian Jack Sparrow, Hunter S. Thompson, Frank Sinatra, and Dean Martin are great scumbags then just turn around. No pictures are needed, if you want to add them add them when I accept you. When new members are accepted, they can help decide. I don't want this to be a dick-tator ship after all. But the reasons for rejection have to be stated and most of all valid. Hating one band or one movie is not a good reason. It's another reason pics aren't needed. Scumbags-ness isn't about looks it's about fucking attitude!
